I'm really into the body armour trend. I'd never wear it but man, oh man, do I dig it.
Started reading Push last night. Wow. What a book. Sapphire is right up there with my other favorite authors Toni Morrison and Edith Wharton who describe their own knowledge of their own culture of womanhood in such an inclusive way. I really know it like that.
So Tracy Anderson Method huh? You know when I do workout, I really am less into cardio type stuff than I am into muscle building bootcamp. But you know, that's when I workout.
So in saying that, I'm definitely looking to buy a treadmill. Any thoughts?
